SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Refer4Money LLC ("Refer4Money," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Program Description
Refer4Money Alerts: When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Refer4Money about your membership, account and login information, training updates, community announcements, Exclusive Local Partner offers, and promotions.
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our checkout page or another form on refer4money.com and submitting your phone number, or by texting a keyword we publish to our number. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Refer4Money does not charge you for text messages.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more text messages from us unless you opt in again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to unsubscribe.

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. If you change or give up your phone number, please reply STOP from that number first or email info@refer4money.com so we can remove it.
9. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our text messages. 10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time and will change the Effective Date at the top of this page when we do.
